The Poetry in Motion Film Festival is Colorado's premier international poetry film festival, celebrating and showcasing the art of poetry in film.
Hosted by Noirtopia Films, Blissfest333, and the Cottonwood Center for the Arts in Colorado Springs, this event features competitive live screenings and culminates in the selection and awarding of the "Best Poetry Film."

Experience ten days of live performances, special collaborations, fresh discoveries, and exclusive new commissions.
Refusing to be pinned down, the EFG London Jazz Festival returns to celebrate the joy of improvisation! For 10 electrifying days, over 2,000 artists will present more than 350 shows, offering an all-encompassing experience that embraces the new directions in jazz.
This year, the festival shines a spotlight on global collaboration and fusion, welcoming artists like Hiromi, Jason Yarde, and US neo-soul icon Bilal. Discover fascinating musical intersections, including Iranian and South Asian fusion artists, and a deep dive into the unique heritage of Japanese jazz. We're also marking the 20th anniversary of the Take Five programme, showcasing a new generation of British jazz stars and commissioning new work from alumni like Shabaka and Camilla George. With special appearances like a new performance by post-rock pioneers Tortoise and poet/singer Aja Monet as Artist in Residence, this is your chance to take a "leap of faith" and witness the magic of performances that will never be the same twice.

A spark of magic in Lakewood – Trio Bohémo Oct. 14, 2025 [Lakewood, CO] –Experience an evening of unparalleled classical music as the esteemed chamber ensemble, Trio Bohémo, brings its dynamic performance to the Lakewood Cultural Center at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 13. Described as playing with “precision, dedication and a spark of magic” by the renowned Aulakonzerte Göttingen, this award-winning Czech piano trio has emerged as a force on the international chamber music scene. Within just five years, the trio has become recognized as extraordinary among the next wave of rising European ensembles. The Boston Musical Intelligencer raved, “The threesome exuded intense, expressive passion and consummate technical acumen.
